In this session, you’ll learn how to manage your folder and client associations within SuiteFiles, to help you streamline your processes.

• Manual Matching: You can now manually link any SuiteFiles folder with a client, giving you complete control over the association process.
• Unique Client IDs: SuiteFiles generates a unique Client ID for each client, ensuring seamless and error-free folder-client correspondence. This feature is especially beneficial for firms managing multiple clients with similar names or multiple accounts for the same client.
• Flexibility: This tool maintains the existing automatic matching capabilities but adds a layer of customization for those who need it.
