Today we’re excited to soft launch our new integration with the Xero app.
We’re always looking for new ways to add value through SuiteFiles and are happy to include Xero to our integrations with the Xero Practice Manager (for accountants), WorkflowMax and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
In all of these integrations we pull data from the source and use them for pre-populating document and email templates.
This new integration allows Xero users to merge their documents with Microsoft’s Office 365 and SuiteFiles.
What is the benefit of this integration?
If your Xero account contains contact information for your clients and suppliers, then that information can be used to populate document and email templates in SuiteFiles web and SuiteFiles Outlook. This eliminates the need to copy/paste information from Xero to the documents.
Who can use this integration?
Anyone using SuiteFiles and Xero.
I’m from an accounting practice and we already use the Xero Practice Manager integration with SuiteFiles. Can I also integrate with standard Xero? Should I be using both?
Yes you can still integrate with the standard Xero app. Whether you use both the Xero and Practice Manager integration is up to you. You may get more value just using the Practice Manager. Your clients could get a lot from the Xero one.
