SuiteFiles’ task management feature has streamlined review processes for the team. Before, they needed to email their director, explain where the file was stored, and wait to hear back. Now, they send a task linking directly to the file for review and are notified as soon as it’s done.
Collaboration is also a breeze, with multiple people working on the same file and making live edits in real time.
Email templates have played a big part in improving their processes. They’re set up with all the relevant info and then populated with client info through the Xero Practice Manager integration. The team says this saves them two weeks each month in recurring communications.
