Problem
Resource Accounting QLD had established a cloud-first practice, but document workflows remained manually intensive. Using Google Drive, manual folder and file prep for each client ate up hours, and nothing was synced with their Xero Practice Manager data. That meant duplication, errors, and slowed turnaround times on key client deliverables.

Solution
